Poinciana

Poinciana is a settlement located within both Osceola and Polk counties in central Florida. It covers an area of 35 square miles and has a population of 53,000 (2010 census).

Poinciana is a quiet place with beautiful big homes for very affordable price. Nice landscaping throughout city give beauty to this area. New business structures are constantly opening helping the growth of the area. Traffic in and out of town is still a challenge for most residents for the limited number of highways crossing the area.
