The number of homes available for purchase in the Orlando area has experienced its first year-over-year increase since July of 2015, with the November 2018 overall inventory showing a 1.7 percent bump over November 2017. In addition, Orlando's median price increased 4 percent and sales decreased 7 percent in November.
